1. Made-to-Order Nature

Every product at ArtSpill Studio—from the Skratch "Mornings!" Mug to our heavyweight hoodies—is printed specifically for you the moment you order. Because these are custom creations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If a creature arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will make it right. We offer 100% free replacements for:

📦 Shipping Damage
🎨 Print Errors
👕 Manufacturing Defects

3. How to Start a Claim

Notice a problem? Don't stress. Follow these steps within 14 days of delivery:

  1. Snap a few clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
  2. Email us at the address below with your Order Number.
  3. Our studio team will review the "crime scene" and ship out a replacement immediately.
